Every Saturday at 10:30am, we offer a 'Break It Down' session where we break down the steps of one of our routines. It may be the whole routine or just a section, depending on how much we can fit in 30 minutes. This is a great place to get those steps you've been missing. After each session, we'll start the 11:00am Dance Attack class with the featured routine and include it in all our classes during the week that follows. Let us know what you'd like to see next!
