Break It Down - January

Every Saturday at 10:30am, we offer a 'Break It Down' session where we break down the steps of one of our routines. It may be the whole routine or just a section, depending on how much we can fit in 30 minutes. This is a great place to get those steps you've been missing.  Keep us up to date with your requests, this class is for you. Here's the schedule for January:

January 17th - Sweet Escape  by Gwen Stefani
January 24th - Breakin' Dishes  by Rihanna
January 31st - Sexy Back  by Justin Timberlake

After each session, we'll start the 11:00am Dance Attack class with the featured routine and include it in all our classes during the week that follows. Let us know what you'd like to see next!

New Classes!

Starting January 15th, we're adding some exciting new classes!  We are happy to announce two new classes, aimed at helping you get the steps and feel more at home in Dance Attack class.  Here they are:

Dance Attack 101 - Thursdays, 7:30-8:30pm, Women's Center -- NEW!!
Join Alie in her own class, dedicated to helping new members start, learn, and grow into Dance Attack. You'll get a workout while developing your coordination by learning simple routines and the dance patterns that form the foundation of our Dance Attack class.  NOTE: This class is at the Women's Center. (Sorry guys!)

Dance Attack 'Break It Down' - Saturdays, 10:30-11:00am, Main Center -- NEW!!
Remember Learn the Moves?  We're bringing it back, but now it's every week and half the time. This half-hour class is dedicated to breaking down your requested steps. We’ll break down sections of a routine so you can fill in the gaps between the moves you know. At the end, stay for the fun as we continue into our full Dance Attack class, starting with the routine we worked on.**

**NOTE:  With 'Break It Down' now starting at 10:30, this shifts our regular Dance Attack class to start at 11:00am. But no worries! We still have our full hour and fifteen minutes to dance, followed by time to stretch  - all together we have from 11:00 to 12:25.
