Sommer & Baby Update

Congratulations to Sommer and Alex!

Fischer Ray Green made his debut on Wednesday, November 4th at 1:13 pm. He was 8 lbs, 1 oz. and 20 inches long, with piercing blue eyes and long brown hair. As you can imagine, Fischer's parents are very tired as they continue to learn the ins and outs of baby TLC. But most importantly, they are completely enamored with Baby Fish. Sommer looks beautiful as always, and all three members of the new family are doing well.

Lindsey is Back!

It's official...

Lindsey is once again the permanent instructor for the Wednesday 4:30 class! Thanks to the members for requesting that she teach again, and thank you to GHFC management for working it out within Lindsey's sales schedule.

She's elated to be back, so come on out and join the fun!

Learn the Moves - November

Saturday mornings at 9:30 a.m., we offer a 'Learn the Moves' class where we break down the steps for one of our routines. This is a great place to start out if you're new or just want to get more practice on a specific routine. Here's the schedule for November:
